FULL DAY WEDDING PACKAGE
The photographer takes up to two hundred and fifty photographs throughout the duration of the day. A consultation prior to the day is preferred to determine where and when the photographs are to be taken and, how you would like them to be taken. This is to ensure maximum use of time available for photography without hindering the proceedings of the day.

The photographer is present for 8 – 12 hours, usually leaving shortly after the first dance by the bride and groom; it is generally realised that the days’ events have been successfully recorded by that time.

Specific requested photography after the stipulated time period ie: firework displays or bride and groom leaving late at night, which requires the photographer to remain for an extra time period will be charged at our normal hourly rate of £100.00 per hour.

If you feel that you require additional photographs in excess of two hundred and fifty, each requested film thereafter will be charged at £50.00 per roll. This is a rare occurrence however, as two hundred and fifty photographs is usually adequate.

HALF-DAY WEDDING PACKAGE
The photographer is present only in the church (ceremony), a photographic session of the bride and groom, family etc and cake cutting. There is a five-hour time limit on a half-day service, usually ample time for the selected photographs to be taken and a minimum of one hundred and fifty photographs. Further requested photographs are charged at the same rate as a full day. The same consideration and planning of a half day is as with the full day service.

An additional £25.00 charge is made on the half-day option, if the reception is more than 15 miles away from the service.

DEPOSITS
Each wedding package has a set deposit requirement. When we accept your wedding booking, a Service Guide and Price List will be given to you, a confirmation receipt will be sent to you once the booking form has been duly completed and returned, by you, with the deposit. Your wedding date will be booked out for you once this has been done.

CANCELLATIONS
The client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to the photographer, but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. Should the photographer receive cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the date of the ceremony, the client shall in addition pay a sum equal to 70% of the contract value. The said sum shall be payable as compensation as an estimate of the loss the photographer would suffer.

PAYMENT OF WEDDING FEES
The final balance of payment for your wedding photography is due one week prior to your wedding date, or on the actual wedding date itself. If payment of the wedding fees is not received by the photographer on your wedding date, all film used will not be processed until payment has been received. No wedding packages will be available until the final balance has been banked and cleared.

POSTAGE & PACKING
Postage & Packing is not included in your wedding package price, if you want to have your wedding photographs delivered to your home or work, then we require a cheque for £25.00 for a half day package and £30.00 for a full day package. Cheques made payable to Incorporated Arts Ltd.

IMAGES
All image sizes are nominal. The photographer will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made dyes. It is sometimes impossible to record on film the exact colour as seen by the human eye.

COPYRIGHT
Whilst negatives are given with certain options listed, full copyright remains with the photographer; negatives can be used for reprints and enlargements for friends and family and not for financial gain, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the photographer (Copyright & Design Act 1988). Where negatives are not included or purchased in the option taken, the photographer will retain these negatives for 1 year only, whereupon they will be destroyed.

DISPLAY
The client hereby allows the photographer to display any images included in this contract in their studios, portfolios, literature, wedding exhibitions and advertising. No use of the images will be made by the photographer for other commercial reason except with the written permission of the client.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaints should be raised by the client with the photographer in writing, within 28 days of first becoming aware of the matter to be complained of and in any event within 28 days of receipt of the images.

Acts of God i.e.: rain, snow, heat waves, hair, make-up etc, and anything out of the control of the photographer and equipment are not his responsibility.
